A definite "must have" on each mobile device for mobile messaging. Lets hope that there will be a Windows Phone version soon. Until then not a 100% replacement for Threema for me.

Very easy and intuitive to use and super private

Open source secure messaging is a win-win. This is an essential app in every persons iPhone.

Signal does everything it promises to do. Encrypted communication is important, and signal does it with an intuitive interface and mini features.

Clean, concise, full featured and free. But most importantly is encrypted securely.

Love nearly everything about this app, would be 5 Stars with better sound quality on calls.

Feels safe to make conversations in post Edward Snowden Era.

The quality of the phone calls is good, but sometimes I couldnt hear the other persons voice. Its easy to send pictures, but you cannot select multiple pictures unfortunately. Texts are great, instantly sent and received the messages. The main reason I use it is the security that the app provides, so if the developers would add some features it would become a really good alternative to the other messengers on the market.

It works perfectly

This is a very secure service that is simple to set up and use. I use it because its security features are much better than its competitors (like Whatsapp). The fact that it is NOT owned by Facebook or Twitter or any of the other big brother social software companies is a huge bonus, as well. You can communicate with one or many, send text, photos or video, and even make entirely secure VOIP phone calls. Highly rated by the ACLU and the EFF.
